Rotary Club & Lions Club Christmas Parade

Local organizations, here’s your opportunity to shine!

Downtown, 2015

Showcase your group and support a great cause as an entrant in the Prosper Rotary and Lions Clubs Christmas Parade! The parade kicks off the Prosper Christmas Festival and features floats, walkers, cars and performers! This year, the Christmas Festival location is Frontier Park. The parade will begin at 2:30pm and make a loop within the park.

Details will be posted here regarding logistics for the day, as they become available. Please check back periodically for updates.

Parade entry fees benefit the Prosper Police Department’s “Cops with a Claus” program (now in its 17th year). The PD’s goal for 2017 is to help 17 families have a truly Merry Christmas, complete with gifts for the whole family.

Those interested in watching the parade are encouraged to arrive early to the park! Frontier Park will be closed between both park exits beginning at 1:30pm. The southernmost parking lots will be open until full, with entry via the North Dallas Tollway.

The Prosper Rotary and Lions Clubs are the parade organizers. If you have questions, please send an email to the Prosper Rotary Club at
